Bought my wife an iPad for Christmas from eBay and one of the cameras has stopped working. Tried a factory reset and still not sorted. Contacted the seller on eBay and after being told to do a few resets which did not solve the problem. The seller has agreed to replace the iPad and currently trying to source another before I have to return the u/s one.

I reported the problem to the seller 5th June and by the 10th they started trying to source the replacement. Contacted them on the 14th June asking for a progress report but not had a reply since.

Hopefully this will get resolved before I have to ask eBay to take up the case. The iPad had a 12month warranty from the vendor.

Had an online chat with eBay last week and because of the time frame covered by eBay and Paypal, they are unable to do anything to help. A seller report on the vendor will be compiled and that is about it. No emails in response to my queries since 10th June, so looks like I am stuck with the ipad..

My next move is to leave follow up feedback and warn others of the way I have been dealt with by
